​The Sotomayor Club House project, developed by Inverconstructora Bienestar S.A.S., is located in the city of Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia.

It is a Strato 6 building with a total of 25 floors, including 3 basement levels for parking.

For this project, we created 14 4K renderings of the building facades, a model apartment, and common areas.
